The rules for using this website, in plain English. They are short because the website does one thing: help you decide whether to book.

The agreement
drbentracymd.com is the website of Dr. Ben Tracy MD Medical Aesthetics, operated by Lambert Park Medicine PLLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This website is not medical advice
Everything here is general education. Reading it does not make you a patient, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you. That starts with a consultation in person, where we decide together whether a treatment suits you. Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of outcome.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. If you are a patient with a concern after treatment, call or text (801) 701-8078.
Booking
Booking happens on The Injector Collective’s booking site at injectorcollective.com, not on this one. Its terms, including its cancellation policy, apply to your appointment.
Prices and offers
- Prices on this site are a guide. Your actual price depends on what is right for your face and is confirmed with you before treatment.
- Each offer has its own terms on its own page. For that offer, the offer page wins over anything here.
- Offers can change or end at any time. A change does not affect an appointment you already booked under an offer.
- Offers and credits have no cash value.
Memberships
Memberships are signed in person at the clinic. The written agreement you sign there sets the terms, not this website.
Text messages
If you ask us to text you back, you agree to texts from (801) 701-8078 about your request and about booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. The privacy policy explains what happens to your number.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- submit someone else’s name or number without their permission;
- send fake or automated requests through the form;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
- copy the site in bulk with scrapers or bots, other than search engines.
Our content
The words, photographs, graphics, logo and Tracy Technique materials on this site belong to the practice or are used with permission. You are welcome to read them, share a link, and print a page for your own use. Please do not republish them without asking. That goes double for photographs of patients, who agreed to appear here and nowhere else. The published paper cited on this site belongs to its publisher.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including the booking site and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
YouTube and TikTok
Dr. Ben Tracy publishes his videos to YouTube and TikTok with a private posting tool that uses YouTube API Services and TikTok’s Content Posting API. Anyone using that tool agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok’s Terms of Service. What the tool accesses and how to revoke it is in the privacy policy.
No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is. It may contain mistakes or be unavailable at times, and we do not promise otherwise.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, the practice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law does not allow to be limited, and these terms do not govern your medical care, which is covered by the consent you give at the clinic.
Utah law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top moves. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
