Privacy policy

What this website collects, why, and who else sees it. Short version: not much, it is never sold, and the site never asks about your health.

Last updated October 20, 2026.

Who this covers

This policy covers drbentracymd.com, the website of Dr. Ben Tracy MD Medical Aesthetics, operated by Lambert Park Medicine PLLC. Dr. Ben Tracy treats patients at The Injector Collective in Draper and Lehi, Utah. “We” and “I” below mean the practice.

What it does not cover

  • Booking. When you book, you leave this site for The Injector Collective’s booking pages at injectorcollective.com. What you enter there is covered by that site’s own policy.
  • Your medical records. Anything about your care is kept in the clinic’s medical record system, under the forms you sign at your visit, not by this website.
  • Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms. Following, commenting or messaging there is covered by each platform’s own policy.

What we collect

When you browse. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar technology to record which pages you visit, how you arrived (including any ad campaign tags in the link), your device and browser type, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and whether you tapped a booking button or sent the callback form. Our host, Vercel, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

When you leave your number. Some pages have a short form that asks me to text you back. It collects your first name, mobile number, email if you choose to give it, the page and offer you were looking at, any ad campaign tags in the link, and the exact wording of the text consent you agreed to.

When you call, text or email. Whatever you choose to send.

This website never asks for health information. Please keep it out of the form; we can talk about it properly in person.

How we use it

  • To text or call you back when you ask us to.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To see which pages and ads are useful, and fix the ones that are not.
  • To keep the site running and secure.
  • To keep a record of your consent to receive texts.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run the site and the practice:

  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Google provides Analytics, and its Sheets and Gmail services store callback requests and notify me when one arrives.
  • Meta receives page views and the fact that a booking button was tapped or a form was sent, with the ad campaign tag. It does not receive your name, phone number or email from this site.
  • The Injector Collective runs the booking site and the practice messaging system. Your first name, number and the offer you asked about may be passed to it so the first text comes from the practice number.
  • Anyone the law requires us to share with, such as a court order.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you tick the box on the callback form, you agree to receive texts from (801) 701-8078 about the offer you asked about and about booking. How many depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt out tool, and manage how Meta uses activity from websites in your Meta ad preferences.

How long we keep it

Callback requests are kept as long as we need them to follow up with you and to show that you agreed to be texted. Google Analytics keeps its records for a limited period set in our account. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Email drbentracy@gmail.com and tell us what you would like: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection, the form sends its details to our server rather than straight to any third party, and the keys that connect the services above are kept off the public website. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Our posting tool, YouTube and TikTok

Dr. Ben Tracy uses a private tool, “Dr. Ben Tracy posting,” to publish his own videos to his own YouTube channel and TikTok account, one approved video at a time. It is not offered to anyone else and has no other users.

YouTube. The tool uses YouTube API Services. Through them it accesses only his own channel: the sign in permission he granted, and the ID and privacy status of the videos it uploads. It does not access information about viewers, other channels, comments or analytics. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The use of YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.

TikTok. The tool uses TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API. It accesses only his own account’s basic profile (display name and picture, shown on his approval screen) and the videos it posts. TikTok’s handling of data is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy.

How it is stored. The sign in permissions are kept only on his own computer, in a file that only his user account can read. The tool also keeps a log of the links to the videos it posted. Nothing it receives from YouTube or TikTok is sold, shared or used for advertising.

Revoking access and deletion. Access can be revoked at any time from Google’s security settings page for YouTube, or in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions. When access is revoked, or on request to drbentracy@gmail.com, the stored permission and anything else the tool holds from that platform is deleted within 7 days.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. See also the terms of use.
