A monthly membership for Botox, filler and skin treatments at my Draper and Lehi clinics. Your dues bank as credit, and showing up on schedule adds a bonus on top. The tier names are a joke. What they pay for is not.
The point of it
The goal is never a face that looks done. It is your face, rested. Treatment is planned around your anatomy: which muscles actually move your brow, how they pull against each other, and where the product needs to sit to soften a line without flattening your expression.
When a result reads as treated, it is usually because something moved that should not have. A brow that dropped, a brow that arched, a forehead that stopped lifting. Planning around how those muscles work together, rather than treating each spot on its own, is the approach I published.
A membership fits that approach. Small, planned adjustments on a regular schedule, instead of a big catch up before an event. The credit removes the reason to skip, and the streak rewards the rhythm. Individual results vary.
How it works
Most memberships charge you for the month and hope you forget to come in. This one works the other way. Every month you pay, you keep. Every time you come in on schedule, you earn.
Just Sunscreen, Good Genes or Plausible Deniability. Twelve months, billed monthly.
Every dollar of your monthly dues lands in your account as credit. It rolls over month to month for as long as you are a member. Spend it on anything we do.
Keep your tox on a three month rhythm, or your skin treatment once a quarter, and a streak bonus posts to your account right at checkout.

Credit spends on any service we offer, at any tier. “Up to” is twelve months of dues plus four streak bonuses.
The streak
Come in for your next treatment within three months of your last one and your streak bonus posts to your account at checkout. Not next month. Right then, while you are still at the desk.
Good Genes and Plausible Deniability: that means tox. Just Sunscreen: a skin treatment. Your first treatment after you join starts the streak, and you can earn the bonus up to four times a year.
Nothing bad happens. Your credit stays put. You just skip that bonus, and your next visit starts a fresh streak.

Joining
Membership signup happens in person, at the clinic, at your appointment. Your first month of credit is in your account the day you join. Before you sign, you see the price, the term and the cancellation terms, and you agree to the monthly charge.

Straight answers
A prepaid monthly membership for aesthetic treatment with Dr. Ben Tracy MD in Draper and Lehi. Each month of dues becomes credit you spend on Botox and other neurotoxins, filler or skin treatments, and you also get a member discount and a streak bonus. The names are playful. It is not insurance and it does not cover medical care.
They bank. Every month of dues lands in your account as credit and it never expires. Skip a month, skip three, the credit is still there when you are ready.
Anything we do, at any tier. Tox, filler, skin treatments. The tier sets your monthly amount, your discount and your streak bonus, not what the credit is allowed to buy.
Your first qualifying treatment after you join starts the streak and posts the bonus. After that, each qualifying treatment within three months of the last one posts it again, at checkout. Tox qualifies for Good Genes and Plausible Deniability, a skin treatment for Just Sunscreen. Up to four bonuses a year. Miss the window and nothing bad happens: no bonus that visit, and the next one starts a fresh streak.
Twelve months, billed monthly. After that it continues month to month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We remind you 30 to 60 days before the first twelve months are up.
Leaving before twelve months is 30 days notice plus a one month early exit fee, waived if you move more than 25 miles away or have a documented medical reason. If you just need a pause, you can freeze for up to 3 months in any 12, and billing, credit and your streak clock all stop.
Your banked dues stay yours. You can spend them after the membership ends, at regular pricing. Streak and birthday credits end with the membership.
Yes. Allē points can be used at the same visit as your membership credit.
In person, at the clinic, at your appointment. There is no online signup. It takes about two minutes and one signature, and your first month of credit is in your account the day you join. Call or text if you want to talk it through first.
